Service Description

Well-Client Care includes a 30-minute visit including a basic physical, PAP collection, breast exam education, conception education, and review of history. *Labs are not included in pricing and will be billed to insurance, or paid with cash or HSA funds. Cash pricing available. Office Fee $65.00 + labs paid cash, or $65.00 office fee with labs billed to insurance. Labs needed depends on the client's history. Typical labs include a CBC, Thyroid Panel, Vitamin D, Cholesterol Panel, PAP, and STI testing if applicable. PAP Smear Appointments Only Available IUD Removals are Free *Most insurances cover Well-Client Labs and PAP Smears and are considered preventative care. *All fees are due at the time of service.
