Exam includes 30 minute appointment.
Lab work including CBC, TSH, Vitamin D, STD/STI Testing, PAP, Breast Exam, Cholesterol Lab work, and Basic Physical (labs not included in fee.)
Exams are typically covered by insurance if client is insured. Cash Pricing Available for Labs.
PAP SMEAR ONLY
Due every 3 years for those younger than 30
Due every 5 years for those older than 30, if all previous tests have been negative
Typically covered by insurances. Cash Pricing Available.
IUD REMOVAL
